FABIÃO IN PHOTOS

Fabião was the first traditional community I experienced. It was 2018 and I volunteered for a three-month period with ICMBio | PARNA Peruaçu Caves. 15 km from the São Francisco River, very close to Bahia, this special village is the gateway to majestic caves and iconic cave paintings – something like the “Serra da Capivara Mineira”, for those interested in archeology and ancient history.
